The person in charge will verify the registered company information and in light of the current application to import foreign workers the training unit will request the company to sign a training agreement to train specified number of unemployed Libyan job seekers registered at ministry of labor database before approving the application, the agreement obligates the company to train an equivalent to 20% of the requested foreign labor.
