As of this step the project is registered at the Privatization and Investment Board, therefore the investor must possess at least an administrative workplace for the company’s branch, and must complete the following documents before applying for the project license as in step No. (11) within a period of 6 months:
- Usufruct, lease or ownership contract of the project implementation site and/or the administrative premises of the company branch
- Completing all the required technical approvals from the competent authorities, depending on the type of the project, with full support and guidance form the PIB
